Silverwater is two suburbs in one. There is the sprawling industrial estate off Silverwater Road, full of warehouses and factories, and then there is the newer residential pocket down near the Parramatta River. The plumbing needs on each side are completely different.

Industrial and commercial

In the estate, Terry handles warehouse and factory plumbing, things like blocked trade waste drains, leaking amenities, and general repairs that keep a business running. Backflow prevention is a big one out here. Plenty of commercial premises need testable backflow devices, and Terry can look after the installation and repair side of that.

Modern riverside homes

The newer homes near the river are a different story. These are built with modern materials, so you are dealing with PEX and PVC rather than old galvanised pipe. Common calls are mixer cartridge failures, instantaneous hot water units playing up, and the odd bout of water hammer where the pipes bang in the walls. Terry sorts all of it.

Why it matters here

Getting a plumber who does both industrial and modern residential is not a given. A lot of blokes do one or the other. Terry has 40 years behind him and is comfortable on a factory floor or in a new townhouse kitchen.

He covers Silverwater Monday to Saturday, with after-hours callouts available at an extra fee. You call, you get Terry, not a call centre. NSW licence L10959, plumbing since 1986. Call Terry.
